		<description>actually, apple&#039;s support thingy says it&#039;s more complicated than that.  You need to toggle the hold button, on then off, then hold down the center button and menu button simultaneously for 6 seconds, then it reboots.

It happened a second time as well, again just a bit after having physically disconnected it from the computer.  I Safely Removed it and everything.. I think I&#039;ll just turn the bastard off between the software disconnect and physical disconnect.</description>

Actually, I did have a problem, after loading all my music onto it, and &quot;safely removing hardware&quot;, I was taking the data plug out of the ipod itself, and I guess my other fingers were hitting keys, and when I looked at the screen after removing the cable, the screen looked like it was stuck halfway between one menu and another, and didn&#039;t respond to input.  I managed to reset it after looking it up online, but jeeze, crap happening already?</description>
